After purchasing online, you will receive an email confirming your order submission. This is not your enrollment confirmation. Training confirmation notice and payment instruction details will be acknowledged by email on course enrollment 2 weeks before course commencement.

If you need to change or cancel an online enrollment, please contact us directly at (852) 2864 2490 or email to [email protected]. We are happy to make any changes or cancellations in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You should notify Kenfil 10 working days before class commencement if you need to cancel or re-schedule your enrolled class. Kenfil reserves the right to charge the full course fee for any cancellation/reschedule request received less than 10 working days before class commencement date. No refund for “No Show” cases.

Most of our trainings are availablein a mixed mode format, i.e. synchronous classroom face-to-face and/or live virtual format, or can be tailored to meet your organization’s specific needs.
